Most people think that you need flour in a bread recipe. Well here is a Vegan friendly, dairy free, gluten free, nut free bread recipe. Thanks Jo, a local customer, for sharing. It is really amazing how it rises well with no flour and is really tasty.
Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Butter
¼ cup Coconut Oil
5 eggs
½ teaspoon Himalayan Rock Salt
¾ teaspoon Bicarb Soda
Method
- Warm the coconut butter until it has a ‘paste’ consistency.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in a greased loaf tin. (The coconut oil spray works well to grease the tin.)
- Bake in a low oven approximately 160 degrees.
Variations
You can add sultanas to the mix.
Can also be cooked as muffins.
