Superfine Zeolite Powder Directions
Natural Remedies – Zeolite powder has a slightly alkaline pH level which helps to soothe irritations, its absorbing properties draw out poisons and the minerals help to ease pain.
How to Make Zeolite Paste – Put 1 level tablespoon of Zeolite powder into a small bowl. Add 2 teaspoons water and mix to a paste. Quantities vary depending on how much you need and whether you want a thin paste to treat large areas like sunburn or a thick paste to treat bites and stings. Add a few more drops of water for thin paste.
Sunburn & Minor Burns – Use thin Zeolite paste to ease sunburn. It helps to soothe the burned area, take away the pain, draw out the heat, take away the redness and prevent blistering. Zeolite helps to remove dead skin cells then helps to repair and rejuvenate any cells damaged by the sun.
Insect bites & Stings – Apply a thick ‘dob’ of Zeolite paste to the bite and surrounding area. When the paste dries, remove and re-apply if necessary.
Cat Scratches & Minor Bleeding – Use thick paste or powder. Pour the powder directly onto the scratch and press down firmly. More powder may have to be put on top to stop the flow of blood completely.
Bumps & Sprains – Apply thick Zeolite paste and then bandage the injured area. When the Zeolite paste is dry remove it and repeat the application if necessary.
How to Make Zeolite Water for Mouthwash – Add 1 teaspoon Zeolite powder to a glass of water, stir and allow to settle for a few minutes. Use sediment for Zeolite Paste.
Amalgam Fillings – Brushing your teeth, drinking hot liquids and chewing can all cause mercury to leach from amalgam fillings. Rinse your mouth with zeolite water and gargle afterwards.

Make sure you also have plenty of water between alcoholic drinks because both Zeolite and alcohol can be dehydrating. For hangovers, drink a glass of Zeolite water plus another glass of water, repeat every hour or so until feeling better.
Deodorant & Heat Rash Powder – After bathing, sprinkle Zeolite sparingly under your arms as a deodorant. In summer apply sparingly to heat rash areas. Caution – Do not use the fine powder on babies as they might inhale the fine particles but a thin Zeolite past is fine.

Different Ways to take Zeolite Powder
Zeolite is dehydrating. Make sure you are well hydrated before starting to take Zeolite and increase your water intake while taking it.
Detoxifying heavy metals and other toxic pollutants too quickly can cause a detox crisis so it’s always better to start off very slowly, e.g. ¼ to ½ teaspoon once or twice per day in a glass of water, slowly increasing over a few weeks to 1 teaspoon per day. For diarrhoea, 1 teaspoon in a glass of water for adults, ½ teaspoon or less for children.
Method 1 – Add 1 level teaspoon of Zeolite powder to a glass of water, stir and drink immediately.
Method 2 – Add 1 rounded to heaped teaspoon of Zeolite powder to a glass of water, stir it then let it stand for about 5 minutes to allow the heavier particles to sink to the bottom of the glass. Drink the cloudy Zeolite water and leave the sediment. Add more water to the glass and drink later in the day. About 3 glasses of Zeolite water can be made from the original heaped teaspoon. To prevent waste, the remaining heavier sediment can be accumulated and saved in a jar to use for first aid or face masks.
Method 3 – Mix 1 teaspoon Zeolite powder into 1 litre water. Drink glasses of this mixture during the day, stir first before pouring. The amount can be increased to 2 teaspoons in 2 litres water daily. This is a good way of making sure you drink adequate amounts of water.
Method 4 – Zeolite has no taste so the Zeolite water from Method 2 can be added to fruit juice, cordial and ice blocks. The powder can also be added to fruit smoothies and vegetable juices or used to thicken gravies, stews and casseroles.
